It is dark, so dark most diners pause in the doorway a few moments to get their bearings, and while that approach doesn't always work, it is just right here. The premise is lots of tableside preparation of pasta sauces and desserts, with more solid sustenance prepared on the hearth behind a lighted display of meats and fish.
